Story ideas I've been batting around - thoughts?

I've been stuck with indecision on which idea I want to do a fleshed-out story about next, so I'm gonna put down some of my more developed thoughts and WIP concepts here and see what you guys think. Do any of these ideas sound appealing or interesting to you?
-A guy experimenting with magic ends up transported to a realm of magical beings. An intimate encounter with a sapient bat-creature there results in him becoming a bird-creature and starting a new life.
-Messing around with a cheat device or hacks with a Pokemon game results in a guy unexpectedly transforming into a Pokemon. Repeated, experimental attempts to edit his species, movepool, and stats eventually results in the change breaking down and leaving him as a Missingno.
-Two guys who are long-time friends find themselves changing into kremlings, the crocodile pirate mooks from the Donkey Kong games, and their world shifts to match. During the change, they realize their feelings for each other are stronger than they previously thought.
-A pair of mercenary explorers in a technomagic world routinely use spells to reconstruct parts of their bodies into machinery on the fly. One of them, willingly or not, fully converts the other into an advanced motorcycle or power armor.
-Fanfiction based on Dr. Cuvier, the villain from Batman Beyond's Splicers (furry TF) episode. Try and flesh out and explore his character leading into his chaotically transformation-heavy final battle - and go beyond it to explore how he might have survived it, and what becomes of his form after.
-A woman investigates odd sounds and happenings in her apartment complex only to stumble onto a very Mushroom Kingdom-y reality shift that leaves her a large Hammer Bro.
-A huge fan of the egotistical bird from Zelda, Revali, finds himself transforming into the spitting image of his favorite character - but with some kind of ironic twist (growth? a parade float, full of hot air? a statue or figure?)
-Someone transforms into King Ghidorah, or perhaps an original take on a serpentine hydra creature. They make themselves into an online celebrity on social media to prevent being taken away by authorities for experimentation, but then have to deal with a new, much busier life.

I just much prefer stories that don't rely on popular characters, I guess.

And, of course, I do love that episode of Batman Beyond, and I know it's near to your heart, so I imagine you'd do something very nice there. :>
I have bits and pieces of Splicers-focused fanfiction scattered around already. It might be cool to organize them into something more fully developed and fit for posting, too.
As for hydra with naga tail AND claws, you could do it like a massive dragonic naga [bestial forelegs and serpentine body behind] and then multiple necks/heads above and atop that huge frame.
