Cano is a Fire/Rock level 42 pignite. He hasn't evolved due to one of his past preys carrying an everstone at the time they were eaten, which melted into his stomach lava and prevents him from evolving. He gets very upset if you bring it up.

As mentioned before, his stomach is full of lava. He will occasionally cough up one of various types of volcanic rocks or smoke. In particular, he often belches up pumice, due to pumice forming from gassy lava. Keeping all that rock in his gut liquid requires a lot of calories, which is why he never stays absurdly obese despite having a bottomless appetite.

The smoke in his stomach comes from burning up people and things. He can hold onto a lot of smoke under pressure, and quickly release it into someone else, inflating them in a very short amount of time.

His pokemon ability is "Plate Tectonics"; his body shape is malleable. He can shape his body however he likes, however he cannot keep it from changing at all. It's always shifting a bit, although extremely slowly. In addition, other people can pull on him or shape him how they like. Any new areas of flesh are made of magma that takes time to cool into flesh. While lava is a thick liquid, it is still a liquid. It deals contact damage from the heat, but can be sliced through very easily.
