My main discord account is hacked

Ahoy Everyone!
I want to tell you, I lost my main discord account as my friend was hacked too since Nov 19. Long story short, my friend dm me of helping them with their school project since I'm aware my friend is a college student. It's not because of the link, it was file just hack me. I sent the support request of my account got hacked and my account got disabled. I submit more requests to the support while I didn't set the 2FA and didn't have back up code. I know I'm not being smart, but insult me all you want. It doesn't matter since those are advanced hackers got me good, so be careful of those advanced hackers. No thank to my friend who stay quiet as their account got hacked.
The Discord team told me they're working on getting my account back. I don't know about that even I saw my main account is still there in the server I'm in. I might think my main account is gone for good, but who knows.
Nov. 21, Turn out the email on the account got changed since I saw it's on and trying to hack my friends. I send another request to the discord team for screenshots and details.
Do be careful, you can get tricked too even you're smart.
In case, I don't get my account back. I have a new one.

But I had to wait for Discord for a week to resolve this.
It is good that you did contact them about this. What they did for me was check out the activity of my account, saw a lot of suspicious things happened and froze my account until they could fix the damage caused by the hack.
My mistake caused another friend of mine to get hacked and have his Discord channel get destroyed... I still regret that happened because I got hacked.
But soon, they did restore my account.
First and foremost, if you had used your Discord for anything money related or had a Discord subscription like Nitro, IMMEDIATELY TAKE ACTION!
They will try to use your connected account like Paypal to but Nitro subscriptions. Log into your paypal or any of your money sites and remove permission from Discord immediately!
If they have make purchases, contact the provider about the situation and have them cancel any orders they was made under your account.
If its your bank or Credit, immediately call your provider to deactivate it and get a new card!
