Your previous journal mentions Itaku. It has a pretty convenient upload system for batch uploads. If you want to share an image set as a post, with really only minor differences then it is super convenient. Even if you have to put some slightly different tags and maybe warnings on some than others it propagates fairly well from the post made. It could be an option. The place works pretty well so far for me. Discovering new artists there through browsing, the experience is over all pretty positive for me, can recommend picking it up. Cannot necessarily guarantee that it will get traction, granted, but I can definitely praise their UX so far. With some promotion from the posts here I imagine it could pick up. The only hurdle really is people's aversion to trying out new places once they got comfortable with one, even if the other place is free.

Place has some level of social media features through posts and shares and the sort, but not remotely a Twitter or anything. It's gallery first, and it works very well as such in my experience so far. The only reason I don't wholeheartedly recommend it is because of how fresh it is and how people might not be willing to get a free account just to see stuff.

But ye, TL;DR: Itaku handles bundled uploads very well and has no aversion to spicy stuff.

I appreciate the input! I've been using Itaku as well and it's showing promise so far.

Itaku's upload system is perfectly fine for multi-posting, but the issue is still that it ends up with a whole separate gallery entry for each one. As far as I know, there is no such thing as a "bundle" post on there. There are a few posts I have planned which would end up bloating the gallery with basically spam if separated into their parts.

As a viewer, do you think Itaku's folder system would counteract that?

Hmm. I am not entirely sure about that. Now granted, discovery is generally through posts and then they look through the gallery if they wish. Even then you can look through posts rather than the gallery, although that has the issue of shared posts being present too. They do appear as a single post on one's feed at least! Not sure if there's a way to just view posts from the user directly. I don't think the flood should be an issue for people following your work though, as it will appear as a single post on their feed. Also there's, like, two different ways to bulk upload I believe. Multi upload and post, which I believe one is just a regular bulk upload, while the other pairs the whole thing with a text post that can describe the whole thing. But yes, will be individual pics in the gallery part.

Folders would help fairly little for the average user I feel like. I have rarely not looked through literally the entire gallery of people who have stuff I'm interested in, instead of checking the folders at all. Might be a me problem more than a platform problem though.

Also I will have to find you on Itaku then, because would 100% follow there as well.
