Plausible: Commission discounts, such as treating the subscription fee itself as partial credit towards a future commission. I actually use this approach, as tiers at $20/month and higher are basically agreeing to commission me every month at a 5% to 10% discount.

Slightly unrealistic: A small piece of art (such as a sketch) each year, as a reward for subscribing for twelve consecutive months.

Completely unrealistic: Anything that'd take more an hour of your time, since asking an artist to work for under $10/hour is utterly unfair. I think $30/hour is the absolute minimum a creative person should ask for their work.

Definitely steps for the process. I like to see the background dirty roughs, the sketch and general process up to the final product to learn how the artist works. Aside from that, just overall consistency with regular posting
