Hello! ♡
To make purchasing process easier for my precious clients, I decided to write down my TOS in this journal.
If you are seeing this- thank you from the bottom of my heart for your trust and support!
♡What will I draw?
Almost everything. If you are not sure- just ask!
♡Payment
I am taking payments only via paypal. Upfront, max 48h.
I am okay with waiting or holds, just let me know.
♡Refunds
I understand that some situations are difficult, so I am okay with refunds but I will rather avoid these. Once I start working on commision, full price will not be returned. Let's respect our time and work~
♡Workflow
I am okay with deadlines, but I can decline them if I simply will not have enough time. Think about it before purchase!
I will also charge more if deadline is really short- it requires me to fully focus on your order, and probably my other orders will be delayed.
When it comes to drawing process- I usually send sketch as soon as I have it done. I'm always open to send some more wips, if you need them- just ask!
I also work fulltime, so without set deadline, its hard for me to specify when your commission will be done exactly.
♡Rights/commercial use
You can use commission file, you just have to credit me in the description.
I reserve rights to post it as well and use it as an advert.
