General TOS:
- Do not use any of my artwork for commercial purposes (such as merchandise, advertising, games, NFT, etc.) without my explicit permission or purchase.
- Do not use my artwork for AI training, image generation, or similar purposes.
- Do not use my characters for RP (unless you have purchased them).
- If you share my art on other platforms, provide visible credit to one of my social media accounts.
I retain the right to:
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason.
- Post finished artworks in my gallery, price list and portfolio (unless privacy was purchased).
Refunds:
- Refunds are only possible if I have not started working.
- No refunds after sketching has begun.
Сharacters/adoptables TOS:
- Most adopts are created in collaboration with AdelFrey and are sold on our second account (https://www.furaffinity.net/user/ad.....a-and-adelfrey)
- After payment for the adoptable, all rights transfer to you, and you are free to do anything you wish with it.
I reserve the right to amend the Terms of Service at any time
