It is my birthday.

As of 6:55 AM I am now officially 37.
Just another year to me. Not really anything special planned for today.
My parents got me a new pair of Dearfoams brand slippers for Winter as my current pair the soles are cracking and splitting. New pair have a thicker sturdier sole so they should last for many Winters.
I do have one of these I will bake later today:

That'll be my "cake" for today. Not the whole thing because heck no, but certainly 1/4 of it.
Guess that's all I have to say. I may not respond to all the birthday wishes, so this is just a journal to post to say this.
