Life without fluffiness is just so incredibly... Warning: rant journal. Feel free to ignore.
I typically make it a point not to talk about what's going on in my life, especially the bad... But these past few days have tipped me over a boiling point...
Starting last Thursday. I was cleaning up a Sword I own. A replica of the Legend of Zelda Master Sword. Cleaning dust off and applying more protective wax. Well, as I was placing it back in its display place, it slipped out of my hands... Causing me to instinctively try and catch it. Big mistake, the edge is very sharp ((sharpened from the maker, I didn't sharpen it)), and sliced a sizeable gouge in my thumb. Thankfully that was the only injury I sustained, but with 3 stitches now in my thumb, and needing to let it heal up... It hurts to do certain things, and I also wanted to do many things this week and the weekend that passed. But, I have to take care of a wound instead... Doesn't sound like it, but a thumb injury is more inconvenient than you'd think...
Things were going well, until tonight. Where my PC, the one thing I use to destress, and to work from home, decides it is a good time to break on me. I'm pretty sure I need a new graphics card, but man, I did not want to spend that type of money right now... I've been saving up for other things, and this just throws wrenches in plans. I cannot be without my PC for long, as I've said, I use it for my actual job, so I'll need a solution fast...
I had a light panic attack when I got home from work, before the PC troubles, and the stuff with the PC just sent me over the edge. I admit to crying out of sheer frustration and stress... I feel like a total failure for things relatively outside my control...

I can wish you only to get well soon and solve you current issue with PC... and be more carefully with sharp objects next time
I will be more careful, just dumb accident with sharp things. As for the PC, I can get it running its just a matter of how much will it cost me...
The PC shouldn't be an issue to get fixed, I am an IT Tech after all, it's more how expensive will it be...

Yikes! I can definitely imagine that pain, still cool that you have that replica. I’ve got a foam version of it for Shadow Link. I’m so sorry about your computer. I absolutely hope you get it fixed as soon and as cheaply as possible.
I definitely wish I was my main sona. He’d have come over and fixed your computer free of charge and helped heal the wound on your thumb.

I actually almost got a matching shadow link version at the same time, I just couldn't justify the cost, x3
Graphics cards aren't cheap, and I can't really afford to wait for the RMA process right now, I need that PC for work... We'll see how things go.

Oh I know. I hope you’re able to get what you need asap. I absolutely hope things go as well as possible.
Just know that you’re not a failure. Sometimes life hits a person with a lot of hardballs, curveballs etc.
Just do the best that you can and remember that you’ve got a lot of people who love and care about you, including this wolf.
