Life update and 2023 wrapup

Hey everybody!
I thought it'd be good to make an official update on my current situation.
I hope y'all have been keeping well. 2023 has been...quite a year. I've not been feeling good. I think it's no surprise with what we real artists had to endure over and over with the world apparently absolutely insisting on getting rid of us. I'm pretty sure I've not been the only one who felt the weight of this, the fear for our future, for our jobs. I had a pretty big artblock for months. I unexpectedly lost a very special guinea pig. In november we got the news that we had to look for a new place to live because our landlord claimed our flat for personal use. Luckily, we found a new flat already, but of course moving will cost a lot of time and energy. Things are starting to look up again, fortunately.
I'm very VERY grateful for you guys who are still here to support artists, who comment and fav and buy art. You are the reason we are still here! And I hope I can provide more art in the upcoming year myself. Your support means the world and I want to try and keep this art thing going for as long as I can. I won't give up that easily 💪
January and february I will be very busy with moving preparations and moving itself. I just recovered from covid too so sadly I couldn't work ahead as much as I wanted, but I'll do my best to have at least a new batch of designs ready to go for january.
I will try my best to keep you updated!

The new place is very nice though, I'm looking forward to it too. Thank you so mcuh for your kind words too! I just really have to work hard to get through the months until the move, that will be the hardest part I think.
I will hopefully be back in full swing in march at the latest, but there will be art in between that of course!
