I has a surgery last week (sorry for didn't mentioning it before), and the doctor said that I had to limit my sitting hours. I feel pretty well, but I'm afraid that my efficiency will suffer some next weeks.

Please, take care of yourself, eat more vegetables and fiber, and go to a doctor as soon as you had a problem. Don't be like me :D
