Ry's Day Before Crimbas

Here we are again, another year. I've got a bunch of stuff to post eventually. Been trying to keep the batches on the lower side each time and hand pick certain themes for each upload. And fret not, there will continue to be freeflow.
As a little peek behind the curtain, the art I get doesn't really have a theme, but generally just seeks to do a few things.
* No personal art is ever comissioned. If you see art of JUST Ry, it is almost always a gift.
* The process is kicked off by friends usually, expressing an interest in something and me asking what they want.
* Then there's some storyboarding, mostly just a "plot" or "flow" to whatever image.
* Then I poke some of my artist contacts about the idea. Certain artists like doing specific things so I tend to ask them first what they would most enjoy doing.
* Ultimate objective is to make the person in the pic with me and the artist super happy with the piece, whatever it is. As this is what brings me the most joy.
* Content doesn't matter too much to me at the end of the day; but I most assuredly lean in a certain direction~ This is likely just a chicken or egg scenario where because I post X more ppl want X; or maybe I'm subtly influencing outcomes, who knows~
I now post art as soon as I get it in my telegram channel, so if you are impatient you can go there to visit things.
I also still have that discord and telegram server. Telegram is more active; discord is far more chill.
If you are looking for opportunties to ask me things or whatever, you can always just message me on TG or discord. If you send a request on discord and notice I do not reply to requests or messages immediately you can always PM me on FA and I'll see it eventually.
I have noticed that I have been rather aloof lately. Often just absorbed into whatever games or activities I am up to. This might just be because I have a certain orange noodle visiting for the season, or because I am ADHD brain to the max; who can say. But know that even if I am non responsive or forget a conversation even happened, I do always enjoy them and read them eventually.
