Sly: I would treat her to a nice dinner. (I'd cook since restaurants would be a nightmare on New Years Eve) Talk about the year and significant events during it. Offer to watch a holiday movie. Maybe a new years toast with champagne, or wine and wait to watch the ball drop. Then if she was so inclined/receptive; offer to make things a bit more intimate/sexy to start off the new year with a bang.
