2023 Movies I've Seen Ranked!

So here we are folks! My year-end ranking of all the movies I've seen this year!
I intended to see more, but through a combination of being smart with my spendings and other life events, I couldn't see all the movies I wanted to see. Most notably among these were Barbie and Oppenheimer. I do plan to watch them eventually, though (not as the "Barbenheimer" double feature per se, but still). And with the exception of two movies, I also didn't bother with many of the superhero movies this year. The MCU was never of particular interest to me and 2023 seems to have proven how the franchise has well overstayed its welcome. And the DCEU had become a shambling, directionless zombie that took way too long to put out of its misery. I don't have high hopes for James Gunn's soft reboot, but I do hope that Superman: Legacy at least proves to be decent when 2025 rolls along.
Other movies I missed out on this year but may watch later on: M3GAN, Cocaine Bear, 65, Renfield, and Napoleon.
