Hi folks,
Belated regards to you all for the new year!
Bit of update from this daft slutticorn. I’m still here - which is good! ^.^
Most of my time has been taken up with work in trying to get myself somewhat financially stable (or at least to a point where I am able to develop a bit of a better work-life balance. It’s meant holding down three jobs, taking quite a hit to my free time, and juggling my sanity. There is a bit of a light at the end of the tunnel though and I am hoping to trim off one of them while May.
I’ve no plans for personal travels this year to any conventions, perhaps Griffish Isles, UK PonyCon and perhaps a day visit to Confuzzled. Some work keeps on threatening to send me all over again so I might see if I can swing by something further afield (or nearer you ;P )….
Scribbling-wise, I’m always trying to take the opportunity to draw. Two notable things I’d be delighted with you supporting me with are:
An occasional Thursday evening scribble stream shenanigans (~2300hrs GMT) at https://picarto.tv/ruuby
https://www.furaffinity.net/view/55053722/ – I’m trying to get a few watercolour pieces done a week just because I love working in this medium. I will be scribbling all sorts but if you fancy a cheap and cheerful physical art piece devoid of artificial intelligence then please get in touch!

Hmm you have problems work and financial wise as well. I hope you can find something that suits you. Even if it little steps. Feeling secure is always important.

Thank you sweetheart. I didn't mean it to sound that serious. I'm not in a bad state regarding either work or financial stuffs but have landed myself in a less than ideal position between them -- mainly trying to mitigate against a risky and stressy main job; burning myself out all the while. Things are slowly moving in the right direction but it's a bit of a uncertain position to be in for the moment.

Oh gosh, I hope you do manage to find that balance for yourself soon, tis good to be financially stable but hoo gosh it can come at a real cost if you're having to work THAT hard to achieve it. I know that feeling all too well! That being said, glad you're still trucking along, and it's always a delight when some of your art appears in the ol' FA inbox!

Thanks Jeeves <3 . I didin't intend to make it seem so dire! ^.^; My main job supports me but is full of stress and lacks security which is the caveat. The others are to mitigate the risk of the first but I'm ultimately burning myself out. Whilst not living month-to-month, my situation is still volitile so I'm trying to build up a buffer, before dropping one of the other jobs, to allow me to coast when things enevitably go tits up -- but the slack has had a few large chunks cut from it lately due to a bit of bad luck / stupidity XD .
