HA! That explains the bad grammar. I actually did click on the image they sent about the ticket but it's complete gibberish and doesn't even tell me what to do anyway! I am now a little concerned because I clicked the image but I don't THINK I can get malware from that because I'm pretty sure the image was uploaded to Discord's servers?

It’s a scammer trying to trick you like they tricked me.
The image just a picture of the so call ticket not a link or malware, your account is not at risk being suspended.
What he would attempt to do is tell you to friend request this discord support staff who will then instruct you to change your email to whatever he says.
