Power out, responses will be slow

Update 1/18: Power has gone down once again. Trees are breaking and falling near us now. I'm really scared and so tired. I just want this to stop.
Update 1/16: Internet is back! There's still freezing rain coming down outside but I'm praying everything stays up.
Update 1/15: Power is back on but still no internet access; it's been over 50 hours. At least we're not freezing currently.
Where I live in Oregon just got hit with a bad winter storm and both my power and Internet are down so I'm typing this on my phone.
It's been out since yesterday morning and I'm not sure when it'll be back on so responses may be very slow right now. According to my phone over 130,000 people are down so it could take a while for them to get to us. Just wanted to give a heads up.

Thank you! Our power is back for now at least. The other night without it was so cold and I bundled up so many blankets lol but we managed.

Ugh you too? It sucks so much. We finally got power back but it's looking like Tuesday might bring more bad weather so I'm not sure it will last. 💀 Still no internet though which is very fun. Hang in there! Stay safe.

Yeah me too zkdbf It came back around 3pm today thankfully but we're ALSO worried about tomorrow e-e (we live in the PDX area as well xD) We're supposed to go visit a friend but they're clear across town and our neighborhood is still icey e-e

Yeah my plan is to reevaluate the roads tomorrow to see how bad they are. Might try to bail to a friend's place if it's safe enough and fortunately we have a pretty good car for it. But the roads still might get pretty bad tomorrow so please be careful if you travel! I'm just hoping we don't have any more trees coming down. It's crazy right now.
