Commission info and TOS!

Hello! If you’re looking for my pricing and TOS information for commissions, you’re in the right place!
Both are as follows:

$10 - headshot/bust sketch
$20 - halfbody sketch
$30 - full body sketch
$35 - flat color headshot/bust
$40 - flat color halfbody
$50 - flat color full body
$40 - cel shaded headshot/bust
$50 - cel shaded halfbody
$70 - cel shaded fullbody
$45 - full shading headshot
$55 - full shading halfbody
$75 - full shading fullbody
+ $10 for background (NOTE all pieces will have a simple color background of some kind, this option is if you have something particular in mind. Extremely complex backgrounds will be $20 rather than $10)
Additional characters are 25% of the base price each.
$75 - ref sheets (+$5 for very complicated character designs)
NOTE ref sheets will come with a color chart, paw ref, tongue ref, eye ref and some expressions on the sides to show personality
(NSFW ref sheets will of course have a genitalia ref)
$150 - character design
TOS:
- Commissions will only be started after receiving up front payment (this is due to past experiences), however they will be started on immediately following payment provided there isn’t another person ahead who I’m still working on
- Refunds are available until I’ve begun on the piece, after which I will refund 25% of the total payment. Refunds are no longer available during the coloring process (a refund is no longer available for sketch pieces once they’ve been started on)
- You will receive regular updates on your commission throughout the process
- Under no circumstances are any images or character designs commissioned by me to be used for any form of NFT or related product
- Under no circumstances are any images or character designs commissioned by me to be used for any form of AI training, replications, or edits. Any attempts to do so will result in an immediate blacklist and block with no exceptions. In addition, if I have another commission to complete for you when the attempt occurs or becomes known to me, you will not receive either a refund or finished product of any kind regardless of progress on the piece.
- I only accept PayPal or Venmo (preferably Venmo)
pertaining to NSFW commissions, I DO NOT draw
-scat
- cub
-guro (beyond blood and minor cuts. Gore in -nonsexual contexts is fine so long as it doesn’t get too extreme)
-feral (dragons and other sentient mythical creatures are the ONLY exceptions)
-hyper muscles/fat
-human feet
-farts/burps
-smegma
-diapers
-hard vore (normal vore is fine)
