Asking help for my dog!

Hello everybody, I know I've been a bit quiet and non- very active lately, but this is really important to me...
My furry companion has been facing some serious health issues lately, and I am in urgent need of financial assistance to cover her medical expenses, she's 14 years old dog and she were with me half my life.
What's Happening:
My dog requires a crucial surgery, which costs approximately $300 USD. Additionally, she needs heart medication and a biopsy that amounts to $100, as she has a developing tumor. The vets need to ensure there is no advanced cancer present. The total estimated cost for her surgery, pills, and biopsy ranges from $500 to $600 USD, considering any unforeseen expenses that might arise.
Current Situation:
I am diligently working to complete my current commissions, but my capacity is fully stretched, and I can't take on more work at this moment. The urgency and scale of these medical expenses have put me in a challenging financial position.
