I don't think it's ever happened to me but I doubt you'd be allergic to your own pheromones?

Sometimes when I have to sneeze I feel really nauseated, and when I sneeze I feel better....

It's always happened to me. Not every single time of course, but often enough over the decades. I read that there's " erectile tissue " in the nasal cavity or something and that could be why. It really seems like it's my pheromones though but I really have no idea.

It is helpful when I feel a sneeze coming that's taking it's sweet time.

That doesn't happen to me. Sneezes are usually caused by irritants (or in my case, dust and cat dander I'm not allergic to either one.)

Naw, this has been happening ever since I discovered myself 30+ years ago. I read that there's erectile tissue in the nasal cavity or something and it might have to do with that too. Although, I also can expect a sneeze when I do that cough/choke thing when I go at it too much cleaning my left ear with a Q-tip.

Yes absolutely. When I'm particularly aroused sometimes I'll sneeze. I never thought it was an allergy

I have heard that it's somewhat common. I read that it might have to do with some sort of erectile tissue in the nasal cavity. It comes in handy when I have a stubborn sneeze taking it's sweet time to come out.
