Updates! What's going on?

Sorry for the not being active on FA very much. Been busy with life adult stuff. I'll start off with the bad and then the good stuff.
Bad stuff:
- Been having debilitating acid reflux. I have a Gastroenterologist appointment to have an inside look in March this year. In the meantime, no heavy lifting, no running, no stressing, and avoid foods that aggravate my acid.
- With not doing heavy lifting and running, basically I can't do much exercise that I enjoy doing. However, I am looking into doing Yoga since it helps with stress and it doesn't aggravate my acid reflux.
Good stuff:
- I work at a youth center with kids that are 5 years old to 9 years old. From 6:45 am to 8:45am and 2pm-5pm Monday through Friday. I teach life helpful skills in the class I work in. It's fun and rewarding, but watching around 16 kids can tire me out, somedays X3
- My advanced master's social work program won't start until June.2024. So, in the meantime, I work at the youth center to pass the time, gain experience for my social work, and help the educate the future.
- Got a new therapist and working with my anxiety triggers. Been recommended a book to read and been reading it bit by bit. It's helpful and helping me look at things scientifically and at a clear perspective.
- 5 months sober from alcohol. Well, can't drink alcohol due to the medications I have to take for my acid reflux problem and SSRI medication. Also, alcohol is a major acid reflux trigger.
Conventions:
- Once I get information from my March procedure from my gastroenterologist, I'll hopefully have a game plan on conventions. Also, I need to get an idea on my advanced master's degree program schedule.
- Anthrocon (2024) Definitely with my Sun 2.0 suit and maybe a surprise werewolf suit.
- Any other conventions, I'll have to check the work and education schedules first before being clear for fursuiting and fun ^_^
Anyway, I hope you're all doing well and I'll be uploading some artwork soon. *hugs*
