Update time!

Hello Everyone and Buenos Dias!
Welcome to the New Year! I hope you're hanging in there. I know I am. I got my 3rd endometriosis treatment and noticed some improvements. I have been moving around a bit by grocery shopping, picking up my medications, and going to doctor appointments. I can do some chores around the house and take my dog for a walk. Some days, I must remind myself to take it one step at a time and not pile everything onto my plate. My therapist has been helping and reminding me, "How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time." (I'll have to cartoon draw this for my therapist at some point). I have been eating healthily, such as avoiding processed foods, avoiding fast foods, taking vitamins, going gluten-free, avoiding artificial sweeteners, cooking with olive oil, and going with organic foods.
It's official! I'll be graduating this Spring, 2025. I am excited to have my advanced master's degree in social work. My supervisor at my internship will still offer me to stay in the loop with meetings and information after graduation to help me improve my knowledge and gain more experience. She is a fantastic supervisor, understands that I have a chronic illness, and has been flexible with my learning. I'll get her an appreciation gift on my last day.
With the days, weeks, and months having some moments of difficulty with depression and anxiety, I plan after my graduation to offer free self-care services. Teach some things such as proper breathing techniques, what to do in case of anxiety/panic attacks, and maybe relaxing yoga. I can't prescribe/recommend medications or recommend things; I can only provide tools and resources for self-care. This will be free. I will figure out how and when I want to start this. For those interested, I'll keep you updated.
Tell me how you're doing in the comments! I want to make sure you're hanging in there as well ^_^

Sounds like things are moving in a positive direction in general. That's great to hear!
Myself, I'm doing well as could be expected. No complaints in general, except for our current political situation since the election.
I am glad you're doing well. Social work has been under stress and the clients as well with the political situation. I remind not only myself and others to not worry on what I/they can't control. You're not alone in this situation. The people do have the power to change a political situation.
France and Mexico's people didn't enjoy the situations they were put in by their government. Together with courage and spirit, they protested and got their voices heard by their government.
It's what the people need to realize that they do have that power and spirit. Anyway, sorry for the long rambling XD
It's also time to take care of each other. The people do have the power. ♡

This is definitely not the life we envisioned for ourselves when we deceided to start living together. We were gonna do so many amazing things. I hope we'll still be able to once we figure out how to fix this.
It was a bumpy road with my spouse and I when it came to the non-ulcer dyspepsia and endometriosis. It took time to explain and understand for both of us. That a chronic illness is going to be something of a challenge, but as long as we communicate and understand, it'll get easier. I hope the mystery gets solved for her and sometimes looking into genetic family background can give a clue.
Might be worth looking up this non-ulcer dyspepsia and endometriosis you mention as well.
I feel ya with the whole challenging, bumpy road thing. That's what it has been like for us as well, with some days feeling worse than others.
Here's hoping for better days for all of us. Hugs?
Glad to hear that you are doing better.
I've been chilling bought a house in WA with my partner so things have been looking up for me :3
