I need an Honest opinion, I work at a job, dishwasher. I have a Co-employee I help who has glaucoma and diabetes, and while her Eye sight is not great, i do understand her not wanting to be treated as an Invalid.
Yet
I am polite, Respectful, courteous, and helpful (like cleaning off plates that still have food on them so she can do them faster) Yet she seems to Equate this with me Treating her as an Invalid. I thought I was just doing my job to treat my fellow humans with respect.

I think you're doing the right thing; but if she asks you to stop, then I would say to respect her wishes. But talking about the issue would also be a good idea and explaining yourself would be good too if you can find the time.
