That was incredibly painful. 10/10 Do not recommend

I'm cutting carbs and using my insulin pump more often to keep my blood sugar under control. Good news is though I've lost a lot of weight by doing this and slowly I hope I'm going to get healthier even if my vision isn't going to get better
