Different policy change: fill out the commission form

Hello again. Thanks to everyone who reached out with concern to me yesterday.
For clarification, I had one particular client who I had a rough time with recently who couldn't decide between two specific copyrighted characters he wanted to TF into, both of whom I was unfamiliar with and not a fan of the source material, and wanted me to come up with a plan on how he'd TF into them. I got frustrated with him, and I preemptively created a new rule specifically to dissuade him.
On reflection, I realize that the crux of the issue was not so much that the TF was into a particular character, but that they were very bad at communicating what they specifically wanted out of the TF, and made it hard for me to be invested in the TF and enjoy working on it. My favorite clients are the ones who can tell me in great detail about their ideal TF and what they love about the subjects they TF into. After several repeated difficulties communicating, I've decided to take a break from working with him for the rest of the year.
So, copyrighted characters are once again permitted. What IS required now, though, is that eeryone who commissions me must now use the Google Forms link provided on my profile or in my journal headers (or in the pending "Commissions Open" submission). That way, most of the necessary information I need will be in there before I decide to accept. If you'd rather not be tracked by Google, it's okay to use an alternative method such as email or PMs, as long as all of the information in the form has been provided.
