Pricing + TERMS OF SERVICE (FEB. 2024)

Here's my pricing sheet: Toast's Commission Sheet
I’m currently a college student, so things may take a bit longer than expected. So please don’t rush me, and plan accordingly by reaching out to me and asking if I’m available to finish a commission by a certain deadline.
- All communication will be done through the English language.
- You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age in your country to order a commission from me.
- I may take as long as needed to fulfill the work! So to ensure quality, I will not take any rush commissions.
- Let me know the main way of communicating once you request a commission. If you change the way of communication, or you change your handle, notify me immediately. This will help avoid complications during the commission process and that all information is up to date.
- Commissions are NOT first come first serve, so if there is a deadline you want me to have the project finished by let me know ahead of time. I’ll notify you if I am able to meet that deadline. There may be an extra fee if so depending on the type of piece. Contact me for further details or questions.
- DO NOT repost my art without credit.
- All payments will be done through PayPal
- Payment will be requested after the initial sketch has been approved by the commissioner
- Payment must be sent within a timely manner after the sketch, or the commission will be tossed.
- Sketch-only commissions will be paid upfront, but only when actual work is being started
- Plus 50% of base price for extra character(s)
- Backgrounds will have an additional fee of +$35 (flat color backgrounds are free!)
- Major adjustments to the drawing requested after an approved sketch will result in extra fees.
- The sketching process may begin once you have paid full upfront.
- Once the sketch has been approved I will move on to lineart/coloring
- Once I start the commission, there will be a partial refund depending on the progress of completion if the commission is canceled for any reason. There will be a full refund if canceled or denied before starting the piece.
- I require a reference for the character you commission
- If you are unsure if I will draw something, ask me, and I will answer you. Generally, if it's not on the list, I will do it.
What I will draw:
- Men
- NSFW
- Kinks (BDSM, frot, docking, etc) - (generally kink friendly, but still run it by me first!)
- SFW
What I will NOT draw:
-Hyper (muscle, fat, cocks, etc.)
-Scat
-Extreme Gore (light gore sometimes okay, might not post though depending on content)
-Underage characters/Zoophilia
-Vore
-Diaper
-extremely complex designs (Large wings, many limbs, etc.)
-extremely complex tattoos (basic tattoos okay)
-Taurs/Mermen
Miscellaneous info:
- Stickers will only be flat color
- Comics and ref sheets are off the table for now
- Please reach out to me for initial contact through FA Notes or Twitter DMs. If you have access to my telegram or discord, that's okay too but keep in mind I mostly keep those spaces clear for friends or people I am in active communication with for a commission.
- Please show me some basic respect, and feel free to ask any questions you might have
My Rights:
- I own all rights over the work created! Commissioned work may be posted on the internet to promote my work, so if you wish for me to not share it please tell me!
- I have the right to deny a commission if I do not feel comfortable making it.
- Do NOT use my works as NFTs, commission me for NFTs, or upload my art to ANY blockchains. You will be blacklisted.
- You are prohibited from feeding my works to any AI generating software.
Your Rights:
- You may post the finished commission
- You may use my art for personal use, e.g. wallpapers on your phone, or print for personal use only
- You may use it as profile pictures or banners, with proper credit.
- You can do whatever you want to my work privately, but if you're editing, finishing, or changing my work and wish to post it publicly, please talk to me first. I may or may not give you permission to post.
Distribution:
- Once a commission is complete, I will post it to my gallery
- I ask that you wait at least 24 hours after I submit the original before you post the piece to your own socials.
- If posting a commission, please give credit to my account via a clickable link (whether it be my @ when posting on Twitter, or my profile when posting on FA). Just typing my name is not enough.
- Let me know if you wish a piece to remain private. If you change your mind sometime after the fact and want it public, contact me and let me know I can publish it. The same 24 hour rule will apply.
- I am generally okay with my art being posted on e621 or in Telegram art sharing groups, assuming proper credit is given.
