End of 2023 Journal

2023 was chaotic for me.
- I finally got a full time job in may, and was promoted to assistant manager one month in.
- I had to replace my car, a bittersweet end to my first real machine.
- I also spent less time online this year to focus on my career and also my family.
But that pales in comparison to what has to be the biggest change in my life I ever had. See, when I was 16, I made this my goal in life. I wanted to do this before I turned 25, but while I did miss that deadline, I feel like a true man now that I have finally done it.
I moved into my own place
I live on my own now. I don't have to abide by my family's rules anymore. I'm established, and I can plan out the rest of my life. I don't feel bound by my old household's rules or schedule. I'm actively saving up for a full suit, and I want to attend a con in 2025. Despite everything, I've made it! I've made it! 2024, I plan on increasing my online presence again. I'm also looking to make even more money by switching jobs again. I have several suitmakers in mind, but I really like TwinkyArt's price point and style. I even bought some cheapo fursuit paws off amazon to satisfy myself until I make enough dough to commish my suit. I may also look to have furs in my general area help me make a dtd when that day comes.

Interesting coincidence. Had to switch vehicles a few months ago as well. The "Au" in automobile stands for "Oww!" though you at least don't have to be limited to public transit and usually when changing to a new car you know it tends to come with it using less gas as motors become more modern.
