I'm very torn about shedding the early to mid 00's feel that FA stubbornly stuck to. On one hand, it's nice to see FA improve itself by supporting higher resolution images and adding features already in other art sites. Yet its oddly comforting to me to have that old style feel. It's like an antique car. Always broken yet it sooths you. Especially if you push past the jank and just enjoy it.

I doubt that anyone who developed this site took into account using submissions as a way to advertise YCHs. Ideally some way to weed all those out in your submissions folder should be a priority. I'll have to sleep on it and send a suggestion out to staff if I remember to do so.
