Dead Links
Hello everyone!
I've been told by a few of my watchers that the high resolution links in my descriptions seem to expire. This issue was brought to my attention a few months back (thank you Lumenx for informing me of this), and I've been trying to explore alternative options so I can continue delivering high quality posts and alternate versions at no cost to you. Unfortunately, I don't know where to go from here. I thought my discord nitro membership would preserve the links, but due to an updated TOS, this does not appear to be the case anymore. I've been exploring my options and unfortunately, many of them are quite expensive. I don't want to resort to Patreon or Subscribestar yet, since I don't think I currently provide enough content to warrant charging money for the high quality resolutions.
Do you guys have any suggestions for a new image hosting service? I originally gravitated towards Dropbox, but the yearly cost is more than I'm willing to pay.

FA+

I personally pay for Google one
I've heard a few suggestions for Google though. I'll look into it and see what their prices are.
Dropbox and Google Drive immediately came to mind but I know they get costly after you get out of their free levels of service (25GB for Drive IIRC and idk about DB). MEGA I think could be an option although I have no idea about their pricing model or if they have one (presumably yes but I'm not sure since I don't use it).
Frankly Patreon isn't a bad idea with your skill and quality; could always do per-image rather than per-month (unless they've removed that option) if you're worried about quantity. There'd be issues with explicit posts obviously but I think most of your art would fall in the okay box for them given other creators I've seen on the platform.
I'll look into Patreon, as I didn't know you could charge per image. I'm quite flattered you think my work has enough skill and quality to be worthy of a subscription, Argent! However, given some of the recent changes to their TOS and how they view the kind of art I make, I'm unsure about the viability of using them as a long term option.
A lot of good suggestions were shown to me though, and I'll be sure to research them all to the best of my ability.
File size limit per upload is 200 MB and by creating an account, the uploads are permanent unless you delete them, without an account it is only temporary.
because I no longer use Dropbox because it's no longer secure enough, and onedrive which I used before is really ridiculous with three gigabytes and it doesn't always work properly either.
