Terms of Service

1. Agreement:
By commissioning me, you agree with these Terms of Service and you agree you are, at least, 18 years old when commissioning Mature and/or Adult content.
2. Payment:
Payment is due in advance before the work on the commission begins.
Complex characters may cost extra. Same for adding acessories, clothing, aditional members and high detailed patterns. Auctions included (Ask before bidding if you are not sure about it).
Credits are valid for 30 days after the last payment.
Credit discounts are limited to 50% of the original Commission Price.
Payment via Paypal invoice.
No refunds will be provided once the work on the commission has started.
3. Process:
You send me visual references of your character. We talk about the ideas for the piece and get the price. After the payment, I'll put the you in the Queue. When it's your turn, I'll send you a rough sketch.
I tend to ask a lot of feedback and update frequently. Take these oppotunities to guide me about the needed adjustments/corrections. Communication is key.
4. YCH Sketches:
YCH Sketches are meant to show the idea. Your character does NOT need to match the body shape, species and or gender.
- Unlimited slots may change as I tend to NOT re-use the previous artworks. I try to take the best of each character, changing backgrounds and details if needed.
- Auctions will reflect the Price Sheet.
5. Copyright and Usage:
I retain the copyright to the commissioned artwork, including the right to upload it to other websites and display the artwork for promotional purposes.
You receive a non-exclusive license to use the commissioned artwork (this does NOT include the wips) for personal (non-commercial) purposes.
6. No Editing:
Do not edit the artwork without my consent.
7. Refusal of Service:
I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
8. Changes to the Price Sheet and Terms of Service:
The Price Sheet and Terms of Service are subject to change without previous communication.
