Discord got hacked

In case anybody on my friends' list see this, my main account on Discord got hacked and I have no access to it at this point and time. So if you see any DMs from the account, block and/or report the account as stolen if possible.
Sent me screenshots?
Cause if so, then that is most likely the scam
