I have a MASSIVE Idea Folder that I constantly look at and update.
So I have No shortage of inspiration.....but I just have a hard time executing it because of Pricing...and because I have put alot of love and thoughts into my character that some things just feel out of place & out of character for them.
So thats why I feel boring and Vanilla, because I also have a hard time picturing my own characters being Kinky.
And I dont wanna suddenly make more characters exclusively for souless Kinky Porn.

The only YChs I ever find are Group YCHs, or very static ones that arnt very interesting for the Price they want for both Slots. And lately artists dont seem to like customization, changing the body or adding background elements / Clothing.

Have you looked at wing-its? I sometimes enjoy just handing a character, a rating, and maybe a couple of keywords to an artist and seeing what they do. At the risk of sounding like a total shill,  freelapse generally opens for wing-it commissions a couple of times a week, where you can do just that.

Yes, and for me those have never been very trustworthy.
Dont know if its bad luck, or if my characters dont inspire the artist, but I never seem to get anything good out of a Trustme / Wingit.

Fair enough. If you ever do, Freelapse is one of the best. Or, anyway, she's always done a great job for me. And I believe she still does regular commissions from time to time as well, if you like her stuff.

Ive given my Entire Folder for Reference, and even tell them (a short and sweet snippet) about my characters, what they do. And I just get a typical Boring pinup pose or them just standing there. Its VERY frustrating.
Or like how one time someone drew Alterise like she was a Wolf, giving her claws and fangs...and this artist has drawn Goats before.

What's wrong with being vanilla? If you want to explore some more kinks, the suggestion someone made above of looking around for some YCHs might not be a bad way to start. But I don't think it's anything you should feel obliged to embrace. I think you do just fine as is, and you've got plenty of great stuff in your gallery already. While I do like some kinky stuff from time to time, soft and sweet is lovely, too.

For what it's worth, I kinda envy your talent at thinking up non-porny commissions. I keep thinking it's time to branch out and do more with exploring character and story development through art, the way I do with my writing. Then I go to commission someone and something in my brain turns over and says "more boobs!"

I just feel boring XD I wanna Expand and get more interactive stuff.

But IDK, its a weird Envy I occasionally Feel looking at some of the Porn people Commission. Wish I had those kinds of ideas and wish I could afford the artists for them. I love doing Designer stuff and making characters and wanna get action stuff, but Im getting abit burned-out and Bored of just getting Cheesecake Pinups, y'know?

YCHs have been a tough sell, because Im not finding what interests me, and lately its just been High-Priced Groups, or very static poses.
And many people dont want to customize and make edits to their Preposes/YChs to different include extra lements and even outfits, or types of characters

When it comes to horny sexual thoughts, I have them maybe twice a year lol.
My brain just isn't wired that way and as such most of what I tend to commission is single character pinup sort of stuff. Because there's vanilla, and then theres whatever ultra-bland thing I fall under.

I haven't been seeing hardly any good YCHs, they have all been very safe and pretty bland. Just very static and no angles or such.
Then they are becoming restrictive where either they dont draw some species and they dont allow any customization like bodytypes or clothing etc.
And I cant find the right type of Quality of what Id like + Pricing. Much less artists that would be able to do more dynamic Angles.

But then with Kinky shit, because I take my characters WAY to seriously, I have difficulty putting them in some situations.
Such as Chastity, or fooling around with Demons / Monsters that could be 3ft taller then them with 2foot dicks, or doing things like Sounding...the list goes on.
I just never have the brain to do it with my characters because of the types of characters they are...I like consistency...,and then just the pricing of it.

These are all Personal Problems of course.
I just Envy people who are more easily able to get NSFW content, and Kinky Content. Because they are alot more loose with their characters, and are more able to afford and find the artists for it.

If I put in the effort to design and write a character to be a way, I dont like to deviate from that.
I love doing fun and different things with my characters, but I never stray from their core Personality and values.
Such as a few months ago I was struggling with making Malik (my crow) Bisexual. This way, I could open him up to SO MANY MORE possibilities. But if I did, it would be a complete betrayal to his entire character. Even if I created rules and my own restrictions for it, still it would be a complete 180 to his entire creation.

As a vanilla NSFW entrepreneur myself, there is absolutely nothing wrong with being as plain as default ice-cream! Unlike what some have suggested, I, personally, don't like bidding on YCHs because they can get pretty pricey, pretty quickly. That's why I save references of some YCHs and other pieces so I can use them as bases for either commissions I'll order, or draw myself, involving my own OCs and friends'! And, like you, I have maaaaany ideas!

But I wouldn't worry about being vanilla, Spirix! Cx While I understand your envy of other's ideas of erotic sex stuff, I wouldn't let it hinder your pursuit for some tastey NSFW art yourself! Hell, I love what I've seen already in your gallery!

The YCHs now adays are very bland and safe. Or for whatever reason people keep trying to do Group YCHs that...even if they wernt Pricey, are just very samey, plus they always try to sell One person not doing anything in the image XD.

I feel abit down about it, because I feel like Im becoming Stagnant. Like Im starting to run out of ideas and Im getting abit bored of just Pinups. As I always enjoy doing designer stuff: Character Creation or Outfits and Concepts for my characters, I hate that Im not doing anything with them.
Which is an issue that there are hardly any artists in the fandom capable of doing Action-stuff, and even though there are no shortage of Porn artists, I cant find people in my Price range for the quality Im looking for, or that are capable of more Dynamic Perspectives.

But in terms of NSFW and then the whole Kinky thing....for the price I have to pay, just 2 characters fucking never feels worth it, especially if the artist cant do it in a more dynamic angle. It goes deeper, but this message is already pretty long lol.

Oh, I totally agree with how majority of the YCHs are bland these days; I even follow some artists that post those bland ones xDDD Those I would just delete and ignore while faving art that is more interesting. Plus, I agree that some treat YCHs like commissions these days because some I follow predominantly do YCHs. And it gets a bit annoying, but I still like their art.
Well, I can understand why an artist wouldn't make any customizations to a YCH because it's kind of a one-and-done piece. Plus, it's very restrictive, like you said. And it's another reason why I don't like participating in any. So, I totally understand why you'd be uninterested in said YCHs - whether they be between 2 OCs or a group.

I wouldn't say you're getting stagnant; I'd moreso say you're just bored with most of the art you've seen! Pinups do get boring after a while (and I still enjoy them), but having slightly more themes added to them could add more spice to said piece. Hell, maybe add a second character to them mix? But I do know of an artist that does action stuff and is an amazing furry artist. I'd recommend looking up Luigiix on DA! He does amazing art and action ones, if he's commissioned it!

That is kind of the issue with YCHs now adays...they are just 1 and Done.
When the whole point was to sell an idea, and just fill in the character. Which is still happening, but its gotten extremely Lazy, where the most they will do is just add/change colors.
When the idea is that the Pose is already made, but now you take the Pose and make it fit the requested character. Or even add to it to turn it into a Full Finished Piece.
And lately, thats been lost.

I want to see more Illustrations or character art with stories and stuff, which is what I love doing and commissioning. It would be nice to find more artists capable of more then just sexy poses.
