Image Not Found bug

Looking for a lil' tech support here, I've got this one picture that seems to refuse to want a working thumbnail on FA. I tried the following:
1. Replacing the thumbnail with a copy.
2. Replacing the thumbnail with a smaller version.
3. Replacing the thumbnail with a crop.
4. Replacing the thumbnail with a completely different picture.
5. Deleted the entire picture and tried to upload it again.
No luck on any! I decided to keep it deleted 'til I can figure this out, since otherwise the giant IMAGE NOT FOUND in my gallery looks like an eyesore. Anyone happen to have any thoughts on how to fix this?

Try dropping the image's resolution before uploading it and that might fix the problem
