I just realized I never posted my Trello link! This is where me and my clients can keep track of where they are in the queue. I try to make sure that I update this board consistently and accurately. I do add in usernames just so it's easier to keep track, but if for some reason you wish to remain anonymous, just let me know!

It honestly makes things way easier to organize and keep track of! Especially when you start racking up a queue and have a continuous flow of clients.
