If you want them to curb that behavior, it's against the Upload Policy -- 2.1 Submissions Used as Reminders. The constant upload reminders for a while were a pretty rough problem in the past and iirc this policy came into effect when they decided to tackle it.

Understandable -- for reporting you just use the "Report a Problem" link under the Support dropdown at the top of the website. With issues like this Generally just putting down the policy in violation, the user you're reporting and a couple links of examples will do more than enough.

Yeah reporting folks doesn't feel great, but in general it's more akin to helping the site remain maintained for everyone since mods aren't all-seeing. Chances are the folks uploading 3-4 times a day don't know about the rule either, especially if they joined up well after the policy went into effect. A reminder from the mods works well if you don't want to comment on the artist's page about it.

I intentionally pay attention when folks I follow start doing that. If they do it too much, I stop following them. I totally get that folks gotta pay bills, but I came here for the good shit, not the mill. If I'm blocking ads, that includes folks I'm following. This only applies to folks who spam it though.

Asside from how annoying that it, it's also against the FA rules. You're only allowed to post 1 reminder every 24 hours, and that's across ALL your stuff. So even putting a reminder for 3 different YCHs in a day is breaking the rules.

Yeah, I only do this once every 24 hours per the rules. Because my art is my only income.
