💧 Stay hydrated 💧
So it's been a bit since I've opened my commissions, and well... I haven't been having any luck with getting any commissions, which is a little unfortunate.
But at the same time, it gives me the time to draw whatever I want to draw so I honestly feel pretty good even with the outcome.
However, the artworks I've been posting after opening my commissions, I have taken a liking to drawing backgrounds and it kinda makes my commission sheet kinda outdated, which is unfortunate and I probably need to create an updated commission sheet some point in the future.
Shifting to a different topic, I decided to start using Twitter (X) and Reddit.
Specifically, I am posting my digital artworks on Twitter (X) similarly on here (FurAffinity), Instagram, and Facebook (except I am probably not going to post my traditional artworks).
As for Reddit, I am probably going to use it to actively seek commissions and critique for my artwork (though I am already juggling quite a bit of social media, so I am not as attentive to this one).
I am going to continue drawing whatever I want to draw and posting it on my social media, but I am honestly curious about hearing what you would like to see for my future artwork (I might vibe with the suggestion and act accordingly).

I'm a little biased in saying I like your MH stuff of course- but I will say, I'm interested in seeing if you do a full background at some point (like a full picture background for your characters, if that makes sense) since it would be cool to see how your art style matches with that :3 but that's just my idea! ^vv^
But thank you for giving your input on a bunch of things about my stuff!
I am certainly on board with doing a full background with characters (from MH I'm assuming) at some point!
And thank you for the reassuring words regarding my commissions!
I just vibe with what you're drawing and I especially love the different, and sometimes silly, faces you're making in your drawings.
Maybe it could be funny to put it in some funny minicomics ? I feel they'd fit perfectly with your artstyle :D
As for the feedback, I get that it can be difficult to get some, especially on the websites.
Maybe it would be easier to just talk to some people directly via discord for exemple :D
It could lead to some interesting feedback, overall conversation too :D
As usual, I'm eager to see more from you, I like your artstyle and artwork :D

A mini-comic would be an interesting project to work on, and I have a few different prompts/ideas that could fit into the style of a comic!
However, I am a little worried about how straining the mini-comic will affect the iPad that I use to draw my art.
My iPad is quite old and ragged to the point that it lags quite a bit (and a bigger project will likely worsen it).
I can handle a fair bit of lag already with my usual artwork, but a bigger project like a mini-comic will likely require more layers and lead to more lag ~ And I do have a limit on the amount of lag I can tolerate.
There might be workarounds, but I probably will stray away from this idea until I get an upgrade in my equipment (or if I have a burning desire to create a mini-comic that can push through the lag).

Talking to people directly via Discord to seek advice sounds like a valid and valuable option!
Unfortunately, I weirdly feel uncomfortable with the thought of joining a server and asking for direct feedback (even though I have this and my social media existing). ~ So I am regrettably hesitant on taking this particular advice.
It can be just a silly comics with 3 panel a funny situation and that's it.
Similarly it can also be drawn as a simple black and white lineart.
But I do understand the worries about putting stress on your drawing tablet, especially if old.
As for discord, I understand that sometimes, it might be difficult to go on a server, were A LOT of people might be here and asking for feedback might feel anxious.
But you can start by simply asking around you to some friends or just people whom you'd be confortable to share art and have feedback from.
They don't have to be artist either.
I personnally ask some furry friends their opinion, they are not artist, but they sometimes see something I might have missed with their different eyes and their feedback are always appreciated :D
