Commission Extended Delay

Bad news and my apologize in advance.
I've been struggling with family issues lately and it does significantly slow my art progress a lot.
For now, my commission will be still on paused until further notice. I can't promise when i will be able to get back and start receiving new queues at this time.
I'm so sorry again for what happened :(
For those who's already on my queue, you can cancel your queue as you see fit since it might take longer than expected to reach your queue.
And for those who's already paid me, I have 2 options for you:
1.) you can patiently wait for me to finish your work, however, this will take longer (i'm talking 2 months to 3 months maximum) or
2.) you can cancel your current work and request for a refund. The amount I could give you back depends on how far the work has been done, for instance, if your work is still in lineart phase and not even half-way done, i could give you full refund but beyond that, I might have to deduct some of the initial cost.
