Honestly, I'm surprised that it hasn't been a permanent ban of sorts. They keep on making new accounts and it is a bit annoying to see them crop up on a new account again.

According to FA's own code of conduct as well, a permanent ban would mean they wouldn't be able to make new accounts.
"Any effort to evade these limitations yourself or on behalf of another user may result in a suspension or the length of your current suspension being extended or changed to a permanent ban. When permanently banned, you may not use Fur Affinity as a registered user nor create accounts."

Only hope I have with it is that the "permanent ban" is actually strong enough to deter new accounts from this person.

That's the thing. They have been permanently banned on all accounts but the first few. The problem is that a perma-ban doesn't stop you from ban evading by making a new account, which is what he's been doing.
I did notify the owner of the blue jay character he's been using, but it won't amount to much if the guy just keeps making new accounts.

Deviantart objectively sucks as a site for posting art now that they fully embraced ai. But yeah unsurpisingly hypocritical, the other account hes calling out is also posting art thats not theirs

I honestly don't get the end goal of these people cause it's not like their profiting off it and everyone that comes across their account scolds them for stealing and tracing art

You might not be stealing art currently as far as I can tell but you have to remember you still have traced art on your da account of fizzle which is stretchymandors oc and have yet to put any credentials of who the character belongs or make a statement on the picture that it's traced, tracing can be fine as long as you ask the original artist for permission which you have and if so you were declined which is why it's a problem, you don't have any respect for the artist and their characters

Yup, he asked me if he could draw my OC, I told him no, I do not want to see my OC in that situation, and he went ahead and uploaded it anyways. Me asking him to take it down is not considered harassment. While I do agree that he does not belong on this website, I never made any death threats against him. I am not that petty.

Well he has two DA accounts and both are still up, pretty sure he just blocked you. His FA keeps getting deleted because he continously evades his ban that he got a while ago from this site. (He also claimed that he contacted FA & they let him back into the site, which was obviously false.) He will make a new account soon I'm sure. Too bad DA doesnt enforce it's own rules and literally condones art theft at this point.

I don't think he blocked me on da as my account has a completely different name then my fa account and I never once commented on his da so idk how he'd block me, also going on his profile through comments it said it's been deactivated. ether way hopefully he atleast stops uploading those pictures of fizzle, I hate seeing peoples oc's be stolen.
