Some of you may have noticed I haven't uploaded last week as per my usual schedule - Which I apologize for, however I've had a really shitty situation come up that's made everything come to a screeching halt.

Long story short, our rental agreement had expired late last month, our property manager informing us the agreement isn't going to be renewed as the house is going to be sold instead, with us having first dibs. After a month of back and forth, negotiations upended after they said they're fully expecting us to cover the costs of the property damage that existed before we moved in, which we are not going to do. (They're expecting $80k for the house that needs $35k+ in repairs, which the property owners are not willing to spend.)

We have 30 days to vacate starting tomorrow.

My two roommates have plans of their own, and I have plans of my own as well, however, I am nowhere near able to afford the move currently.

My notes are open to discuss commissions - I may host a gofundme as well, which I will link soon enough - I don't know what else to do. Any support would be greatly appreciated.
