First, I wanna say I appreciate everyone taking the time to view this journal post. Seems to be a rare occurrence nowadays. u.=.u

I was attacked on July 27th by a disgruntled coworker at my place of work. They wanted to (very badly) play on my cellphone. They couldn't take fifty no's for an answer, therefore they jumped on me and grabbed my face. Nothing severe aside from a scratch on my face and busted glasses. Sadly, despite having all the evidence being in MY favor, I was fired for it. Yippee!

I was able to get a second job within a reasonable about of time, however, a few months prior to the attack, I had overtime hours not get paid due to my manager "not approving it"- they claimed to have "forgotten". I had called HR and had them approve it, but it never got added to my paychecks following. Not even my final paycheck. Again, they claim to have "forgotten".

I've contacted the Department of Labor about the situation, but it could take MONTHS for them to investigate the situation and get me what I'm owed, which I'm doubtful will even happen given the current streak of people "forgetting".

SO - I'm open for commissions and/or donations, both of which would be much, much, *much* appreciated T-T
