Put a ticket in with staff for the 'borrowed' art, they'll have it down pretty fast, usually people remove profiles they 'borrowed' a character for wholesale like that when they get bapped.
I might put in a ticket with staff but honestly, I remember it being a pain in the ass last time i had to do it years ago and am not sure I can be bothered!
