When drama happens here, mass exodus. When drama happens elsewhere, people weigh the drama that happened here and choose whether to come back or not. It’s been going on for many, many years. It’s likely it will continue to happen. But I am glad that peeps are returning! This is one of the best platform for artists and the furry* community at large. The simplicity of the site is a big plus.

I didn't really leave over any drama, I stopped getting anything for interactions and it didn't seem worth the effort. I've tested the water every couple years to see if it's worth coming back, and now seems like a great time!

A large swath of folks I knew or followed started dropping out of here in favor of bigger platforms that offered more at the time. Interactions went really quiet, so it stopped being worth the extra effort for me as well. Seems to be quite active now! 😊
