Depending on if it's just the tongue moving versus the entire head, I think 60-120$USD would be fair for a flat coloured animation(usually for non-animated shaded headshots I charge 35$USD). I can do payment plans, usually half up front and half upon completion works for peeps but lmk if you'd need it split up more than that.

I'm still tryna build up my animation portfolio despite doing animations since 2012 lol, more practice would be stellar.
