For Rudoji, besides his iconic body casts, it's mostly been his jaw that's been broken multiple times. That and he's been in multiple double shoulder spicas for his arms. Ice cream: anything with coffee in it

Lavvy was more of a cut-and-scrape tomboy before she broke her everything as an adult. Cookie dough.

Contrail has had several instances of being fully bandaged as a result of cider fuel burns. Otherwise it's just that year he spent in that body cast for him. Rhubarb, a hard flavor to find apparently.

Now Tia is the real polytrauma princess when it comes to countable breaks. For her it's probably her left arm and leg, which is unfortunate because she is left handed. She also likes to headbutt a lot, so she's pretty familiar with neck braces and Minerva casts. Probably just plain chocolate.

Lakunas is in a pretty boring situation on this front. Being in a world with magic healing makes this a less common issue, though he probably has had some instances of fractures in his life.
