Okay, for context, I came from a very cold state in the US, and was forced to move to fucking. Arizona.
I need help figuring out something. Keep in mind, I drink lots of water and avoid sunlight like the plague like every digital artist bc I have no life :D
So... why the fuck is it that when I get sent outside (or even inside!) in the heat, even with water and shade, I get a headache and throw up? To make things worse, I start hallucinating at night, and get so tired and sluggish that I usually pass out!
Remember: I drink lots of water, stay in the shade, and wear shorts and t-shirt! Am I allergic to heat or something?

Heat sensitivity is very much a thing!

You did come from a more cold state so your body is use to that cold but the heat of arizona is making your body feel horrible because of the temperature change and the new heat you never experienced before.
