Blender question, need help.

I have a Blender related question, not sure if anyone here knows but I will try.
So I have been working on a model of my character Ophira.
The separate parts I have are:
**BOW
SKULL
BODY (which is the head under the skull, arms, torso and legs.
BREASTS
ARMWARMERS
THONG
LEGWARMERS**
The issue I am having is as follows, when I try to move the body, armwarmers, legwarmers, or breasts all of the aforementioned parts move all at once. The bow, skull and thong stay in place.
I notice for the "connected" parts the "origin point" that orange dot is all the same where as for the bow, skull and thong the orange dot is better connected.
How do I make the body, armwarmers, legwarmers, and breasts their own separate parts that can be moved individually?

By the way, if you can get that model finalized, maybe you could try adding some shape keys for butt and/or breast expansions. Most people would like that.
In edit mode select one of the mesh you want separate, then press "P" for separate it
