- For NSFW commissions, you will be required to verify proof of age. If proof of age cannot be presented, I will refuse the commission.
- If I have worked with you before and verified your age before, this step is not necessary for future commissions; however if I find out you have been lying about your age or presented false information; I will refuse any and all future commissions and terminate any current commissions with only a partial refund if a payment has been made
- To verify your proof of age, I may ask for a date of birth or for some form of government issued ID. When you present this to me, you MUST block out all irrelevant information like your address, height, weight, face, and more. The only information I need is the DOB on the document
- I hold the right to use my own discretion when I verify age. If I do not trust in your proof, I have the right to refuse your commission. I also hold the right to deny giving a reason as to why I don't trust your proof or why I'm refusing your commission.
Of course, with some rules! As long as the render complies with the wills and wont's above, it should be fine. Devious cannot be used in any NSFW male on male renders or artwork, he is a sexually straight character; however there are some exceptions with things like teasing or even just regular SFW renders that I would be fine with.
In NSFW renders, Devious will probably only be used in renders where it's him and a female model or something similar to that; not futa or herm.

Can I commission you to render your own character?
Just like using him in a normal commission, of course! As long as it complies with the rules I set earlier in this post. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions!
- Payment is due when the "sketch" is done
- I take ONE commission per commissioner via forms
- I reserve the right to decline any commission, for whatever reason, at any time; whether it's because I do not feel comfortable with your commission or for an undisclosed reason.
- I hold the right to decline why I refuse a commission
- I reserve the right to terminate a commission that has been accepted and is in progress for rude treatment from the commissioner, or if the commissioner keeps changing the commission in the middle of the project.
- I hold the right to decline why I terminated a commission
- Main commissions are accepted through Google Forms, secondary commissions are accepted through notes here on Fur Affinity, or through DM's on Fansly. Other methods will come soon.
- For main commissions, my openings are posted on Twitter and Fur Affinity when I finish my previous commission queue.
- Side openings may be sporadic. You can always reach out to me about your idea even if my queue is full, I may accept your commission if it's interesting enough

TL:DR; YES! Just give proper credit where it's due
- Post the image with the watermark if you're posting to social media
- You should tag my Twitter which is devious__dragon so that I can retweet it
- You should always give credit where you can
- Any changes to a pose MUST be made during the "sketch" phase; it will not be changed after
- You will get 3 revisions per specific render after a render has been made; after that there will be an additional charge and work will cease until that charge is paid up
- WIPs and In-Progress files will ALWAYS have sample text on them and be sent at a crunched resolution
- Once a render is approved and delivered, I do NOT keep the source file on hand, so please make sure it's exactly what you want before approving the final render.
- Edits that require a large portion of the scene or model to be adjusted will be approached as a new commission and will cost as such -- This includes changes to the pose, scene lighting, environment, props, and more
- If you're a streamer, just tag me in your Tweets when you use the render
- If it's for a brand or business a rights transfer would need to be made ONLY IF you own all assets used in the render, including models, scenes, and any other assets used for the render
- A fee will be applied to brands up to 150% the cost of the original render for rights transfer and ownership transfer of the rendered piece
- Copyrights MUST be purchased before you will be permitted to use the render in promotional or commercial use.
- If you would like to discuss the Transfer of Rights of a piece you commissioned, please get in contact with me; agreements will be made by both parties beforehand.
- In the case of a large order like an image pack or comic series of renders, payment made up front for all the pieces will be taken into account and a partial refund will be issued based on the work done and cancellation fees that include but aren't limited to: Time spent on the already completed renders and images, purchases of assets used to make the renders in the first place, time spent setting up and prepping renders, and more
Something's come up and I need a refund.
Life happens, no worries. If I haven't started the render you'll get a full refund. If I've already started, a partial refund will be given. If work has already been completed, no refund will be given.
If the work is completed and approved, there should be no need t oask for a refun in the first place.
You will be unable to commission me for the next 5 openings for my own personal security.
My render didn't turn out the way I wanted it, I want a refund
You had all throughout the sketching and setup process to let me know that something was wrong or that it wasn't what you were looking for. If something was wrong and you didn't tell me until after all the work was finished, your refund will be rejected.

I RESERVE THE RIGHT OF COPYRIGHT ON ANY AND ALL RENDERS THAT I HAVE CREATED AND WILL CREATE.

- If you're a streamer, just tag me in your Tweets when you use the render
- If it's for a brand or business a rights transfer would need to be made ONLY IF you own all assets used in the render, including models, scenes, and any other assets used for the render
- A fee will be applied to brands up to 150% the cost of the original render for rights transfer and ownership transfer of the rendered piece
