I knew you or someone else around my age would remember. :D
He is infamous for doing the Teeny Toons comic, which a raunchy spoof of Warner Bros. Animation's properties and characters, especially Tiny Toon Adventures.
I used to talk to him on occasion.
Even his NAME sounded like Karno's!!
