My Discord Account got disabled

I have no idea, why I write this here. I just need to let out some steam I guess.
Yesterday, 25.05.2024, I got a message from Discord, that my Account was deactivated for sending too many DM's (Direct Messages). I was working on a Community Project for a Streamer, which would include a lot of people from the community, why I had to send a lot of DM's.
Now, while trying to do something nice for a Streamer, who really helped me out of some rough spots with just being there, I got in troube for using Discord for communication. I have already contacted the support of Discord and only got the message, I would have ciolated the discord/community guidelines and my account and all information will be deleted in 14-30 days.
... I honestly don't know what to do... I have outside of Discord no friends to actualy talk to and I feel like, my life is just getting down.
I have no idea what I will do, when my Account is not reacitavated...
