Yet another life update
a year ago
Well, here we go again.
Here's another life update and explanation on why I've been so silent lately.
Last month was quite a bit stressful and anxiety filled that not only my mental health went to the floor but also my physical health. Due to this I suffered from strong headaches that lasted for almost an entire week non-stop as well as chest pains for hours and lastly from needles I may heart.
Because this problems of personal matter and indirect matter I escaped my city away from almost everything and everyone to take care of myself for an entire month. I gave a few signs of life here and there just to let people know I was alive but not much.
Over this month I worked on myself by calming and relaxing as well as tending to my overall health. I made so much progress on my own self steem and other things.
Right now, I'm back to my city and ready to keep working on all of the stuff I left pending and ready to improve my life. Just so you know.
